Foundation Training

Foundation Training is a series of exercises designed to restore natural movement patterns. These exercises teach you how to effectively use your body and build it up, rather than a constant breakdown that modern life creates. Including FT into your daily life will constantly increase your body’s awareness to moving improperly which can halt many of the degenerative processes causing chronic pain. 


  • Private Foundation Training Sessions $100
  • Group Foundation Training Classes
    • Sunday 10am Classes at Liberty Park on the North West lawn
      • Classes are designed to take individuals through the many therapeutic exercises that have been developed within Foundation Training, with the additional focuses on spinal hygiene and breath work.
      • Classes are donation-based.
      • All are welcomed, no matter the age or experience.
      • Please bring your own yoga mat, and something comfortable to move in.
